DINGLE WALKING TOUR IRELAND - 8-DAY MODERATE 
Day 1: Transfer to Annascaul From your point of arrival, use the public transport information we provide to make the journey to Annascaul. Day 2: Annascaul to Dingle • Distance 22km • Walking Time 4.5 – 6.5 hours • Max Height 228m Your walk today takes you to the popular Gaeltacht town of Dingle – reknowned for its music, its culture and Fungi – a bottle-nosed dolphin greeting visitors in Dingle Harbour since 1984. Day 3: Dingle to Dunquin • Distance 22km • Walking Time 4.5 – 6.5 hours • Max Height 160m Ancient historical forts dating back over 2,500 years, stunning clifftop views over the mystical Blasket islands – this is a unforgettable trek that will transport you from modern Ireland to the ‘old country’. Day 4: Dunquin to Cuas • Distance 26.5km • Walking Time 4 – 6 hours • Max Height 132m Delving ever deeper into the Gaeltacht you continue along the Atlantic coastline discovering some of Ireland’s more picturesque and secluded beaches and enjoying the marvellous scenery on offer. Day 5: Cuas to Cloghane • Distance 22km • Walking Time 5 – 7 hours • Max Height 660m The climb over the shoulder of Masatiompan is the steepest on the Dingle Way but the views are unparalleled and make every last bit of effort expended worthwhile. Day 6: Cloghane to Scraggane Pier • Distance 17.5km • Walking Time 3.5 – 5.5 hours • Max Height 46m Leaving Cloghane, you emerge onto a magnificent beach stretching for more than 10km along a narrow peninsula towards the Seven Hogs – a group of islands also known as the Magharees. Day 7: Scraggane Pier to Camp • Distance 19km • Walking Time 4.5 – 6.5 hours • Max Height 20m Follow the eastern side of the peninsula through sand dunes and long beaches back to Castlegregory village. From here, continue along the coastline as far as Camp. Day 8: Depart Camp There is a regular bus service from Camp to Tralee. Connections to airports and other cities are available from Tralee.
